NetHosting has announced its partnership with ENERGY STAR, pledging to improve and promote energy efficiency within and outside of its facilities.
Orem, UT NetHosting, one of the nation’s top Internet Service Providers, recently joined its proprietor, Fibernet Business Park, in declaring a deep-seated commitment to the environment by becoming official ENERGY STAR Partners.
In conjunction with Fibernet Business Park, and through its voluntary partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, NetHosting pledges to improve energy efficiency within its own business practices while continuing to promote the same global awareness to its associates.
Lane Livingston, CEO and founder of NetHosting, said of the joint partnership, “It’s a team effort and we are eager to address this issue with our landlord to make the greatest possible impact.”
NetHosting joins a broad network of companies across the nation that stand in support of ENERGY STAR’s efforts to improve the energy efficiency of America’s commercial and industrial buildings.
"ENERGY STAR partners such as NetHosting…are leading the fight against wasteful energy consumption…by improving the efficiency of their buildings and facilities," said Kathleen Hogan, director of EPA’s Climate Protection Partnership Division. "We applaud these efforts to help protect our global environment for generations to come."
